These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of neoo ("Service"), operated by neoo UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("neoo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use neoo.
1. The Service
neoo is an AI-powered Relationship Intelligence OS that helps you capture, organise, and recall information about the people and knowledge that matter to you. During the current beta phase, the Service is provided free of charge. Pricing for future versions will be communicated in advance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use neoo. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@neoo.online if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Upload, transmit, or store content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measure of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the Service or its outputs without our written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
neoo and all associated logos, designs, software, and content are the exclusive property of neoo or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create within the Service. By using neoo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (neoo.online/privacy) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the processing described therein.
7. Availability and Changes
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. neoo is provided "as is" during the beta phase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. For disputes with consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the user's country of residence apply.
